Ok, before you judge me, it's like a lobster. Bay bugs are only found in Moreton Bay (obviously) at the mouth of the Brisbane River and are a local favorite. I wanted to give one a try at A Salt and Battery in honor of being a local. It was pretty tasty. Mmmm.
