Nothing too mysterious about this one- after Rick went to Thailand he started talking about how good Thai food is, so I made it a goal to try some. I went to Mom Siam in Carytown, Richmond, VA, and had pad thai. Since then I've also had pad thai at Ginger Thai, also in Carytown. Ginger Thai is $1 more but I think it's better. Anyway, it's safe to say I'm hooked. Maybe one day I'll even try a new dish.
